Are you a highly motivated Security Guard with experience in safeguarding facilities? Would you like to join a multinational organization committed to excellence?
In this role, you would safeguard Camp Baird and its perimeter, rotating between Entry Point Security Guard and Patrol Guard responsibilities. The role requires a minimum Baseline AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one under Serco sponsorship.
Key Accountabilities

Entry Point Security Guard Duties:
Verify identification, track personnel compliance, and monitor access points.
Ensure visitor induction requirements are met and manage visitor passes.
Act as a deterrent to unauthorized activities and report suspicious behavior.
Security Patrol Guard Duties:
Conduct periodic patrols to detect signs of intrusion or security breaches.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Check perimeter fencing and secure buildings per client protocols.
Respect and support client-specific culture, values, and traditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Active Australian Baseline security clearance or higher issued by AGSVA, or eligibility for sponsorship.
Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Valid Certificate II in Security Operations and applicable security license from an Australian State/Territory.
Ability to follow instructions, respond effectively in emergencies, and manage multiple tasks.
