Responsibilities
- You will be a primary product spokesperson and evangelist for the business, including products within the Product Manager-owned portfolio. Leverage product, industry, market, competitive knowledge, and technical expertise to develop localized strategies, position the value proposition, and tailor messaging for internal (e.g., sales, marketing) and external audiences (e.g., press, analysts, partners, user community, customers).
- Build and drive business strategy, tracking the efficacy of plans to ensure sustainable growth within and beyond the fiscal year.
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned lines of business across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions. Support cross-functional execution and collaborate with partners to enable partner recruitment and capacity building.
- Partner with sales to develop and implement sales enablement programs, acting as an orchestrator between the business and subsidiaries to develop sales initiatives. Collaborate with Finance and Product Marketing teams to align on business results.
- Support the identification and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products and services, leveraging knowledge of revenue, market share targets, and organizational capabilities to develop impactful strategies.
- Work with engineering teams to forecast capacity and utilize competitive insights to shape local capacity and service forecasts. Liaise with sales to provide coaching, pipeline support, and enablement.
- Drive GTM strategy and growth plans such as revenue, usage, and customer health. Develop competitive strategies to increase market share and actively manage stakeholders to support local product marketing growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio, driving demand generation, and pipeline growth within complex organizations (e.g., multinational or matrixed).
