Key Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations and monitor security personnel to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and act as the point of contact during security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training to security staff on safety protocols and procedures.
- Handle security-related concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents and report to management.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a healthcare or large institutional setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and security practices.
