Job summary

UAE Job Alert is seeking a Security Architect – Digital Identity to shape the IAM strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will architect scalable IAM solutions, guide governance, and collaborate with IT and business units to strengthen cybersecurity resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with architecture/design focus
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in Security Architecture
• Led a large-scale IAM program (20,000+ users, 100+ apps)
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts: federation, SSO, MFA, IGA

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IAM target architecture and multi-year roadmap
• Develop architecture/design docs for IAM solutions
• Lead architecture governance through committees and risk reviews
• Optimize IAM licensing and ROI on security investments
• Identify gaps and recommend security posture enhancements
• Design and deliver scalable IAM solutions with stakeholders
• Oversee implementation/integration of IAM platforms
• Evaluate IAM technologies for compliance and enterprise needs
• Drive identity governance strategies: provisioning, certs, workflows
• Conduct security architecture reviews and mitigation plans
• Ensure alignment with CB UAE ADHIS & DOH requirements
• Lead audit findings within IAM domain
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance/IT for data handling
• Act as SME for IAM and provide mentorship
• Maintain architecture docs and implementation guides
• Deliver reports to senior leadership
