Job summary

Client of AIQU seeks a seasoned Security Architect to join our Dubai team and lead the design and implementation of robust security frameworks across Salesforce, MuleSoft and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years hands-on experience designing security solutions, deep technical expertise in enterprise applications, and a track record of aligning security strategies with business objectives in the UAE/GCC region.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in security architecture or engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in security design for Salesforce platforms and MuleSoft integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM security concepts, IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Experience with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR or similar compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and CRM systems.
• Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to identify security gaps.
• Lead security reviews, code audits, and penetration tests; track and remediate findings.
• Define identity and access management strategies including SSO, MFA, roles and privileges.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to integrate security controls.
• Mentor engineering and security teams and stay current with regional regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Security Architect to join our Dubai team and lead the design and implementation of robust security frameworks across Salesforce MuleSoft and CRM platforms The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of hands-on experience designing security solutions deep technical expertise in enterprise applications and a strong track record of aligning security strategies with business objectives

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end security architectures for Salesforce MuleSoft and CRM systems Develop and enforce security patterns standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle Perform threat modeling risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify and mitigate security gaps Collaborate with development operations and business teams to integrate security controls into applications and infrastructure Lead security reviews code audits and penetration tests track and remediate findings Define identity and access management strategies including SSO MFA roles and privileges Stay current on emerging security threats technologies and regulatory requirements relevant to the region Provide mentorship training and technical guidance to engineering and security teams

Preferred Qualifications

CISSP CISM or equivalent security certification Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect MuleSoft Certified Security Specialist or Developer Experience with cloud security platforms AWS Azure and container security Familiarity with TOGAF or SABSA architectural frameworks Experience working in the UAE or GCC region

Required Qualifications:

10 12 years of experience in security architecture or engineering roles Proven expertise in security design for Salesforce platforms, including security model, sharing rules, and encryption Hands-on experience securing MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and microservices Strong understanding of CRM security concepts and configuration In-depth knowledge of identity and access management, encryption, network security, and secure development practices Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
