Role Summary

The Sector Sales Specialist is a key role within Aggreko. You will manage your sales plan (account portfolio) to grow existing customers, reactivate lapsed clients, and prospect new customers, focusing on growth and profitability. The role involves a 70% prospecting for new business and 30% managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target, develop, and acquire customers within your sales plan
  • Motivated to meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets
  • Ensure appropriate pricing of non-rental costs (Fuel, Freight, Rehire)
  • Establish and maintain effective customer and colleague relationships
  • Follow Aggreko's sales process and CRM procedures (Salesforce)
  • Maintain minimum sales activity and CRM compliance
  • Monitor and analyze legislation impacting accounts
  • Propose fleet and service developments to meet customer and legislative needs
Skills and Experience
  • Experienced technical sales professional with a commercial mindset
  • Experience selling capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions
  • Degree in sales or a technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of high-level sales experience in industrial services
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English; regional language skills are a plus
