Qualifications

  • Compréhension du séquençage et des méthodologies de construction.
  • Compétences en lecture et interprétation de dessins techniques.

About Your Team

This role reports directly to the Construction Manager / Site Manager. You will work closely with site engineers, planning teams, QA/QC, safety officers, and subcontractors. Your leadership will ensure that construction activities are well-coordinated, quality-driven, and delivered efficiently.

Your Role

As a Section Manager, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily construction activities in accordance with the project programme and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed lookahead schedules and align with the construction and planning teams.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor site resources and lead progress meetings to track execution and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Enforce implementation of HSE plans and maintain high safety standards on site.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address inspections, close NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support the preparation of as-built drawings and snag lists, and oversee final handover inspections.
  • Develop and mentor site team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in high-end fit-out execution.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of fit-out sequencing, construction methodologies, and site coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and drive timely execution.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting abilities.

Qualifications: B.Eng / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering interior works in the hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors in the Middle East.
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and consultant processes.
