As the Section Manager, you will be responsible for all finishing aspects of a job including blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting, and carpentry works, ensuring that production, planning, costing, and commercial aspects of the contract are considered at all times.

About Your Team

You’ll report to the Camps Manager and collaborate closely with site teams, the Commercial Team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, quality completion of finishing works in line with contract requirements.

Your Role

• Plan and control finishing works, managing resources and timelines
• Implement site HSE plans and ensure compliance
• Lead construction teams and coordinate with commercial and client stakeholders
• Monitor costs, quality, and productivity to meet contract standards
• Interpret technical drawings and manage testing and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• B Eng, BTEC, ND in Civil Construction
• More than 10 years of experience in construction
• Understanding of contract law and tendering processes
• Understanding of building construction technology
• Motivation to drive and improve all members of the contract team
