Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Oversee Project Support Operations Supervise daily activities of the project support team, ensuring efficient documentation, scheduling, and logistical coordination to enable smooth project execution.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and adherence to internal policies, maintaining consistent use of standardized project management tools and templates.
  • Enhance Strategic Alignment and Reporting Collaborate with senior leadership to align project activities with organizational strategy, and provide regular performance reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.
  • Drive Process Improvement and Capacity Building Identify trends and inefficiencies through data analysis, lead initiatives to enhance project management practices, and support staff development through training and mentoring.
  • Support Resource Planning and Change Management Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts, while facilitating communication between operational and executive teams to support strategic change initiatives.
