Job Description

Leading human resources planning activities at the ministry level through the development of organizational structures, workforce analysis, succession and localization plans, and ensuring the alignment of job descriptions and titles with future business needs, in a way that guarantees the availability of the required national and international competencies and supports the achievement of the ministry’s strategic objectives

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of plans and the achievement of the department’s approved strategic objectives.
  • Guide the preparation of the department’s budget, supervise its allocation, and control expenditures to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Review the department’s periodic performance reports and provide the necessary recommendations and directives to improve results.
  • Monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the department’s operations and staff, and propose improvements that support the ministry’s strategic objectives.
