Job Description :

Overseeing the performance of the technical infrastructure by continuously applying system monitoring mechanisms, ensuring the necessary operational capacity is available, and achieving optimal performance of digital services at all times to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.

Reviewing impact analysis reports related to technical performance and assessing their impact on the level of IT services to ensure appropriate preventive and corrective decisions are made.

Ensuring alignment and implementation of policies and procedures related to IT service support with departmental requirements, and monitoring compliance of all relevant teams with these standards to maintain service quality. Risk and Service Continuity

Periodically reviewing the risk register and technical failure incidents and linking them to recovery and testing strategies and plans to ensure they align with institutional priorities and business continuity.

Leading service improvement plans or components of the technical infrastructure as needed, achieving a balance between cost and return, and ensuring meeting business needs and the strategic directions of the ministry. Transition and Release Management.
