Job description

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate meetings, events, and strategic activities for the Board of Directors (BOD)
* Manage calendar appointments, communication, and PR requirements for BOD
* Draft correspondence, reports, and proposals with a high degree of professionalism
* Handle all communication with confidentiality and precision
* Prioritize and execute multiple administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
* Prepare and distribute internal memos and official documents
* Assist in organizing information and supporting key stakeholders
* Receive and respond to office communication in a courteous and efficient manner
* Maintain filing systems, prepare presentations, and enhance office procedures
* Welcome and liaise with visitors and stakeholders at all seniority levels
* Screen calls, emails, and manage correspondence on behalf of the BOD
* Conduct background research and present key findings
* Compile official documents, briefing papers, and presentations for board use
* Record minutes of meetings and disseminate finalized documents
* Serve as liaison between the BOD and internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector
