Job description

  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and personal appointments
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple group companies, both locally and internationally
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, site visits, and business travel and restaurant reservations
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and hard copy
  • Track deadlines, project timelines, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
  • Assist in personal errands and private matters as needed
  • Provide administrative support for family-related events, property management, and household staff coordination

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
