Job Overview

* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and strategic activities for the Board of Directors
* Handle official correspondence, draft letters, proposals, reports, and presentations
* Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and oversee internal communication flow
* Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation for circulation
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders
* Act as liaison between the Board and internal/external parties
* Support school principals and executive leaders with administrative planning
* Ensure office systems are maintained efficiently, including filing and archiving
* Perform background research and produce briefing papers for board discussions
* Manage visitor protocols and represent the board in a professional manner

Job Requirements
