Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant site security administration experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial environments.
  • Deep knowledge of access control, surveillance tech, and incident response protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and support project phases across sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee physical security records, access logs, surveillance data, and perimeter reports.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and authorities to ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Keep security plans, visitor management, and access databases updated.
  • Track security breaches or safety violations, document and escalate as needed.
  • Support inspections of security infrastructure and audit preparations.
  • Support emergency response strategies, participate in drills, and log investigations.
  • Prepare briefings and disseminate security and emergency protocols.
  • Compile updates on security metrics and incident trends for management review.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage On-Site Security Documentation: Oversee physical security records, access logs, surveillance data, and perimeter reports.
