Key Responsibilities

• Create structured lesson plans that support student participation, discussion, critical thinking, and values-based learning.
• Use age-appropriate teaching strategies to help students understand ethical decision-making, community responsibility, and cultural diversity.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment that supports learning, respect, and student confidence.
• Assess student progress through class activities, assignments, discussions, projects, quizzes, and written tasks.
