Al Rabeeh Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Secondary Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3–KS5 within the British curriculum, including GCSE and A-Level Mathematics.

You will inspire students through engaging, concept-driven instruction, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and foster a supportive, inclusive classroom where every learner can reach their potential, contributing to curriculum planning and school events.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with British curriculum standards, with the ability to teach Mathematics up to at least GCSE level.
• Model strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills through teaching approaches.
• Use formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of teaching resources.
• Support the academic and pastoral well-being of students, promoting school values and high expectations.
• Build strong relationships with parents through clear communication regarding progress.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and whole-school initiatives.
