Hemnet Properties LLC is a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in both secondary and off-plan markets. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing real estate sales team. If you have a proven track record in the Dubai property market and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive performance and market penetration.

Conduct high-level negotiations and close major deals with clients and investors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially the secondary sector.

Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.

Track, analyze, and report team performance, KPIs, and sales pipeline.

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other legal requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market.

5–7 years of proven experience in both off-plan and secondary markets.

British background is a huge advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

UAE Based is mandatory with a valid UAE driving license.

Fluent in English (required); Arabic or any additional languages are an added advantage.
