Formación

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning.
• Knowledge of food cost control measures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit for Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and trends.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
