We are seeking an experienced SDLC Validation and Test Manager to join us in Dubai, UAE. Note: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. We are looking for a French speaker or a multi-lingual Slavic speaker.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation and testing processes across all SDLC projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
• Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and plans tailored to project requirements.
• Oversee and manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in test automation, validation techniques, and AI-driven technologies.
• Train and mentor team members on validation and test automation best practices.
• Manage testing resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Proven expertise in implementing test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with AI/ML tools and their application in software testing is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Skills

• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
