We are seeking an experienced SDLC Validation and Test Manager to join us in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. We are looking for a French speaker or a multi-lingual Slavic speaker.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead validation and testing processes across all SDLC projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
  2. Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and plans tailored to project requirements.
  3. Oversee and manage creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  4. Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance testing and validation processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of test activities.
  6. Define and monitor KPIs for testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  7. Stay updated on latest trends in test automation, validation techniques, and AI-driven technologies.
  8. Train and mentor team members on validation and test automation best practices.
  9. Manage testing resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.

Experience

  1. 8-10 years of experience in software testing, validation, and quality assurance.
  2. Proven expertise in implementing test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
  3. Experience with AI/ML tools and their application in software testing is a strong advantage.
  4. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Skills

  1. Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
