Job description

Overview

Design and implement global SD-WAN solutions, ensuring security and performance while optimizing costs and leading incident management. The role involves designing, implementing, and securing network infrastructure with expertise in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network strategy, implement secure architectures, manage network operations, and ensure compliance and security management.
• Design and implement network architectures, monitor performance, configure routers, conduct security assessments.
• Lead technical presentations, design network and security solutions, develop Proof of Concepts, and provide expert guidance during the sales cycle.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams; require basic networking knowledge and experience with monitoring tools.
• Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions while providing client support and troubleshooting network issues.
• Design, implement, and manage network security infrastructure using FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco, VMware NSX, and F5 Load Balancers; ensure security and scalability.
• Responsible for network security, firewall design, vulnerability assessment, and implementing security systems.
• Design and implement network security solutions, manage firewalls and VPNs, analyze network requirements, ensure compliance and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Security Industry Regulatory Agency standards while designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems.
• Assess IT infrastructure, provide hardware solutions, troubleshoot issues, and build client relationships with strong networking and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (as indicated in description).
• Experience in SD-WAN, security, networking, cloud technologies; familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
• Experience with monitoring tools, incident management, and client engagement.
• VoIP/PBX, SIP trunks, telecom engineering experience (from content).
• Oracle database administration, Linux and scripting skills (mentioned).
