The candidate will work towards providing an exceptional customer experience as a dive guide, instructor, and surface support. Responsibilities include managing guest needs professionally, delivering high-quality training and guiding, prioritizing safety, ensuring equipment standards, and performing duties as a Dive Safety Attendant when required. Additional tasks involve filling scuba cylinders, mixing gases, and assisting with maintenance to keep the facility clean and operational.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience as a dive guide, instructor, and surface support.
• Manage guest needs and concerns professionally to maximize satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality training, guiding, and coaching sessions.
• Prioritize safety in all activities, promptly reporting safety or quality concerns.
• Maintain equipment safety, appearance, and fit; coordinate with maintenance for repairs and upkeep.
• Perform Dive Safety Attendant duties when required.
• Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
