Job summary

Shamal Holding is seeking an experienced Dive Guide Instructor to deliver high-quality training and exceptional guest experiences in a busy dive operation in Dubai. You will lead guiding sessions, supervise surface support, and ensure all safety and equipment standards are met.

The role requires a PADI Instructor certification, BLSD with Oxygen, and at least 3 years of diving experience. You will work with a professional team to maintain a safe, pristine facility and deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience as a dive guide instructor and surface support.
• Ensure guest needs are managed professionally and efficiently for high satisfaction.
• Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions.
• Prioritize safety and promptly report safety or quality concerns.
• Ensure equipment meets high safety, appearance, and fit standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and assist in repairs to keep facilities clean and functional.
• Perform Dive Safety Attendant duties when required.
• Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases as needed.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Work towards providing exceptional customer experience as a dive guide instructor and surface support
• Ensure guest needs and concerns are managed professionally and efficiently to achieve the highest guest satisfaction
• Deliver the highest quality in all training guiding or coaching sessions
• Prioritize safety during all activities promptly reporting any safety or quality concerns
• Ensure all equipment meets high standards for safety appearance and fit
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and assist in maintenance and repairs as needed to maintain a clean and well-functioning facility
• Perform the duties of a Dive Safety Attendant when required
• Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases as needed
• Carry out other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Padi Scuba Instructor certification.
• Certification in BLSD including the use of Oxygen.
• No open quality assurance cases with any diving training agency.
• Minimum of 3 years of diving experience.
