Job summary

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Renewed PADI Dive Master with DSD leadership to oversee dive operations and safety within a top-tier resort environment in Dubai. You will maintain dives, train colleagues, and ensure high standards of guest safety and engagement.

Requirements include First Aid, excellent health, ability to swim, and strong English communication. This role involves working around animals, heavy lifting of dive gear, and contributing to a premium guest

Qualifications

• PADI Dive Master with DSD leader or above
• First Aid Certification
• Excellent health and fitness; annual Dive Medical
• Pass annual departmental swim test
• Positive attitude and strong work ethics
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Comfort with working around animals in the collection
• Ability to perform diving duties involving heavy lifting of dive/cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Follow Atlantis Dubai Dive Operations Manual and policies
• Maintain exhibits, lagoons, pools and supervise dive activities
• Conduct dive training for colleagues as needed
• Log and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
• Maintain dive logs for guests and colleagues
• Serve as surface dive tender and first responder in emergencies
• Assist with auxiliary dive activities and safety briefings
• Provide clear, engaging safety messaging and product knowledge to guests
