Scrum Master / Product Specilaist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will act as a servant-leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting Agile values and principles.
3. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
4. Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect and enhance their performance.
6. Track and report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
7. Promote open communication, transparency, and accountability within the team and organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
3. Proven experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
6. Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
