We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices in complex environments. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating teams in the execution of projects, ensuring that deliverables are on time and within budget. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to enhance team productivity and efficiency. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting Agile practices throughout the organization. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and refine user stories.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
• Coach team members in Agile practices and promote self-management and continuous improvement.
• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Ensure that the team follows Agile principles and adheres to Scrum practices effectively.
• Support change management processes to foster an Agile culture in the organization.
• Communicate project status, metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the Scrum team.
• Champion the adoption of Agile tools and techniques across teams.
• Provide training sessions to new team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks that impede the team s progress towards project goals.

Requirements
