We are hiring a Scrum Master to work with our global IT consulting client. This is a long-term contract position open for a permanent role.

Requirements

1. Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certifications.
2. Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile coach fostering Agile transformation within organizations.
3. Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.
5. Experience working with agile project management tools like Jira, including configuring agile boards, managing backlogs, and generating reports.
6. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience with the Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle, and related governance requirements.
