Job summary

DSV in Dubai is seeking a Product Specialist, SCMs, Operational Excellence – Air & Sea for the Arabian Gulf to configure and onboard customers, support lifecycle, and align with global governance.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with country teams, Global Product, IT and Control Towers to design SCMs solutions, run UAT, manage data flows, and drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, training delivery, and accurate documentation across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and Order Management solutions.
• Experience with customer onboarding and digital logistics solutions.
• Familiarity with Control Tower operating models, data flows, and exception management.
• Experience using IT tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Configure and onboard customers on SCMs order management platform, including demo and production environments.
• Own and manage customer configurations in line with global standards and governance.
• Support portal setup, user access management, and permissions.
• Support design and documentation of customer SCMs solutions, gathering requirements for improvements.
• Support Control Tower onboarding, data flows, and documentation.
