The Science Lead Teacher is responsible for leading curriculum planning, enhancing instructional practices, and mentoring teachers within the Science department. The role includes classroom teaching, setting and guiding departmental goals, overseeing assessment strategies, and ensuring alignment with the school’s academic standards and curriculum frameworks.
