The successful candidate will oversee curriculum development, support teaching staff, and ensure high-quality education standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee science curriculum aligned with NGSS standards
Lead and support science teachers in instructional strategies and assessment methods
Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student progress
Facilitate professional development and training for the science team
Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards
Coordinate science projects, experiments, and extracurricular activities
Manage departmental resources and laboratories
Promote a culture of inquiry, curiosity, and scientific literacy
Minimum Requirements:
Qualified in Science subject area (Bachelor s/Master s degree)
Teaching Diploma or equivalent
Extensive experience in teaching and curriculum development, specifically with NGSS standards
IELTS certification (if applicable)
Proven leadership skills in a school environment
Experience teaching in the UAE preferred
