Position Overview:

As Head of Department, you will lead your subject area, manage a team of educators, and ensure teaching standards align with CCSS and 21st-century skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
  2. Ensure delivery of high-quality instruction aligned with CCSS.
  3. Mentor and support faculty through professional development and evaluations.
  4. Analyze student achievement data and implement improvement strategies.
