Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full, confidential, secretarial, and administrative support as needed.
- Arrange appointments, welcome visitors, maintain a filing system, and typing as required.
- Screen all calls and visitors initially, dealing with them appropriately.
- Communicate with parents, staff, and students (queries, problems, and complaints) in person, by letter, email, or telephone, and refer to the appropriate person where necessary.
- Arrange and provide hospitality for visitors to the School as required.
- Assist with the organisation of events such as Sports Day, Swimming Galas, Parent Evenings, Information Evenings, Open Evenings, Residential Visits, and Productions (attend when requested).
- Provide general clerical/administrative support (photocopying, filing, completing standard forms).
- Produce lists/information/data as required (e.g., class lists).
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own role within these.
- Self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
- Interpret advice/statute and devise policy/practice in line with these.
- Provide support to Primary and Secondary Pastoral Teams.
Administrative
- Maintain and analyse records of pupil punctuality and absence using iSAMS.
- Liaise with the Registrar concerning new and leaving students.
- Oversee Fire Drill procedures, including collation and distribution of registers.
- Assist with the coordination of Extra-Curricular Activities.
- The post-holder may also be required to undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Principal or PA to the Principal.

Hours of Work
7:15 am to 4:00 pm Monday–Thursday
7:15 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
