Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support Individualized Education Program planning and execution
- Set measurable therapy goals and monitor progress through regular review and documentation
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions including sensory integration, motor skill development, and adaptive training
- Use therapeutic strategies such as sensory activities, play‑based therapy, and assistive technology support
- Provide guidance to teachers and families on practical strategies to support student learning and independence
- Work closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and school leadership to ensure coordinated student care
- Maintain accurate therapy records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with current therapy practices and educational approaches
Ideal Profile
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays
- Strong understanding of school‑based therapy services and educational support systems
- Knowledge of educational theories, inclusion practices, and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
