Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Facilities Management or Occupational Health and Safety.
• GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong computer skills and digital literacy.
• UAE National candidate preferred.
• Maximum age 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Carry out health and safety duties as delegated by the School Principal.
• Implement school EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Participate in the Security and Safety Committee and prepare evacuation plans.
• Monitor performance of service providers including maintenance, catering, and cleaning.
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance, security, and transportation services.
• Report hazards, incidents, and injuries to the Ministry of Education.
• Lead investigations related to health and safety issues.
• Conduct risk assessments for all school activities.
• Provide EHS awareness and orientation training to staff and students.
