Position Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents, helping to promote emotional well‑being, academic success, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Offer one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions for students to address emotional, social, and academic concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized support plans for students.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness programs on topics such as mental health, stress management, and study skills.
  • Implement and oversee programs that promote student well‑being and a positive school environment.
  • Identify at‑risk students and intervene with appropriate support measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices in all counselling interactions.
  • Monitor and track students’ progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements to APPLY

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a school or child‑focused counselling role.
