Qualifications

• Proven experience in social-media management, digital communications, content marketing, PR or journalism.
• Excellent written English and strong visual storytelling across photography and video.
• Working knowledge of major platforms, scheduling, analytics, listening tools, email platforms and CMS.
• Ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Discretion on safeguarding, data protection and consent when communicating about children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual communications and social-media strategy aligned with the school's mission.
• Manage an integrated editorial calendar covering events and content.
• Create campaign briefs with audiences, budgets and success measures.
• Own organic presence on multiple channels with platform-specific content.
• Run campaigns to boost awareness, enquiries and reputation.
• Respond to comments and messages while monitoring sentiment.
• Capture stories in classrooms and events to surface authentic content.
• Coordinate with Head Office and website provider to keep content current.
• Lead or support newsletters and cross-channel communications.
