Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily school bus routes and transportation schedules.
• Monitor bus operations and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
• Coordinate with school bus drivers, attendants, school staff, and management.
• Maintain updated records of buses, drivers, routes, and schedules.
• Monitor driver attendance and arrange replacements when required.
• Track vehicle servicing, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure buses are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and respond to route or operational issues.
• Handle transportation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure drivers follow company policies and road safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and monthly fleet operation reports.
• Coordinate emergency situations and communicate with relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable school transportation requirements.
• Assist management with fleet planning and operational improvements.
