Job Description: Conduct school evaluation visits, collect evidence, and produce reliable judgments on quality of education, leadership, and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess teaching and learning in English, Math, and Science.
• Evaluate school leadership, governance, and overall performance against framework standards.
• Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence (observations, interviews, document reviews).
• Ensure evaluation processes are conducted with integrity, transparency, and cultural sensitivity.
• Submit evidence and reports into the digital platform.
• Provide structured feedback to inform framework refinement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in teaching, school leadership, or inspections.
• Proven experience in school evaluation, accreditation, or quality assurance.
