IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, driving sustainable innovations. This Scent Design Associate role is based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai, collaborating across functions to develop creative fragrance themes and consumer solutions.

You will manage go-to-market projects, translate market needs into fragrance solutions, and guide olfactive strategy with perfumers.

Qualifications

• Excellent olfactive communication and odor memory skills
• Identify fragrance/technology solutions by market relevance
• Strong grasp of market and consumer trends
• Fragrance ingredients and technology knowledge
• Understanding of fragrance formulations and stability risks
• Strong project management skills and process orientation
• Degree in Perfumery/Science/Chemistry/Consumer Science or related field
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to contribute creatively to fragrance themes and solutions
• Manage go-to-market projects and implement fragrance development strategies
• Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify and develop competitive product solutions
• Develop and guide olfactive strategy with perfumers to stimulate creativity and differentiation
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and share market insights across the organization
