Job summary

IFF invites a Scent Design Associate to join our Scent Creative Center in Dubai. You will collaborate across functions to creatively develop new fragrance themes, technologies and consumer solutions, guiding olfactive strategy and supporting Go-To-Market initiatives.

The role emphasizes translating market insights into fragrance concepts, working with perfumers and technical teams, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Open to innovative thinkers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent olfactive communication to describe and discriminate aromas.
• Strong project management skills and disciplined process orientation.
• Solid understanding of market/consumer trends and behavior.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into fragrance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with perfumers, technical teams, and marketing to develop fragrance solutions.
• Manage Go-To-Market projects and implement fragrance development strategies.
• Define and guide olfactive strategy and provide direction to perfumers.
• Communicate market developments and competitive insights to stakeholders.
