Job summary

Confidential Careers in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead the scaffolding team on a major hospital project.

You will supervise erection, modification, inspection and dismantling, ensure safety and compliance with drawings and method statements, coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen and HSE, monitor manpower and materials, and maintain records of inspections and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection, dismantling, and inspection procedures.
• Good understanding of working-at-height and scaffolding safety requirements.
• Relevant scaffolding certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and manpower coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling works.
• Ensure scaffolding works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding systems and ensure proper tagging and safe access before use.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, HSE personnel, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor scaffolding manpower, materials, tools, and daily productivity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety procedures.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action.
• Maintain proper records of scaffolding inspections and related activities.
