Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on major EPC projects in the oil and gas sector. You will ensure safe erection, modification, and dismantling while leading crews and maintaining HSE compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in scaffolding within Oil & Gas, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, and a diploma with a valid supervisor certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field with scaffold supervisor certification.
• 7+ years scaffolding experience in Oil & Gas with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HSE, and international scaffolding standards.
• Ability to read drawings and scaffold layouts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding activities across construction areas per EPC requirements.
• Ensure erection, inspection, and dismantling follow standards and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate scaffold crews for safe, timely execution.
• Conduct scaffold inspections and issue verification tags.
• Prepare scaffolding plans, material estimates, and work schedules.
• Collaborate with construction, HSE, QA/QC, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Train and mentor scaffolders on techniques and safety practices.

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on major EPC projects within the oil and gas industry. Your Role

As Scaffolding Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise scaffolding activities across construction areas in line with EPC project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of scaffolding experience in Oil & Gas construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Diploma and Valid scaffolding supervisor certification (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
• Expertise : Strong understanding of OSHA, HSE, and international scaffolding standards.
• Ability to read drawings and scaffold design layouts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
