Job Responsibilities

1. Communicates system errors and jams to the maintenance and operations teams.
2. Restarts specific system components as needed.
3. Logs and manages error causes.
4. Oversees and supports a small team of less experienced colleagues in a foreman role.
5. Provides guidance and direction to team members.
6. Identifies operational issues and proposes improvement ideas, thinking beyond immediate tasks.
7. Independently performs a range of recurring technical and operational tasks.
8. Responds to call-outs, error alerts, alarms, warnings, and customer complaints.
9. Locates minor faults such as pneumatic issues, leaks, or filter replacements, and coordinates with the control room or maintenance team.
10. Performs basic mechanical troubleshooting.
11. Occasionally requires guidance on the order or method of task execution.

1. 2+ Years SCADA Experience
2. Reads technical drawings; understands system restart implications.
3. Literate in native language; reads technical English.
4. Works well under pressure; maintains clarity in fast-paced settings.
