The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site-Based Subcontract Administrator to support the effective administration of subcontract agreements at the project site. This role is focused on managing ancillary subcontract packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting the successful execution of site-based activities in alignment with project goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subcontract administration, site operations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, FIDIC contracts, and site-based procurement and logistics is essential.

The key objectives for this role are:

To provide comprehensive mechanical administration and coordination support for site-based construction (SBC) activities, ensuring efficient management of mechanical documentation, materials tracking, work permits, reports, inspections, and stakeholder communications while supporting safe, timely, and quality project execution in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
