Job summary

Chalhoub Group in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Testing & Automation Lead to drive SAP transformation testing strategy, design automated frameworks, and oversee test planning, execution and governance across a large hybrid team.

You will collaborate with system integrators, business stakeholders and data migration leads to ensure quality, performance and continuous testing within the CI/CD pipeline, delivering reliable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

8–10 years of SAP technology implementation and management experience.
Proven experience as a technical lead in large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with coordinating hybrid internal and external teams.
Experience in design, deployment, testing and support of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and define the overall testing strategy for the SAP transformation programme.
Design and implement an automated testing framework tailored to SAP requirements.
Create comprehensive test plans covering unit, integration, system and UAT.
Oversee development of detailed test cases and automated scripts.
Lead testing team, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Manage test execution, monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Track defects, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Utilise automated testing for performance/load testing and optimisation.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor effectiveness.
Provide regular reporting and maintain documentation on testing outcomes.
