Job summary

Dautom is seeking a Business Process Lead to drive SAP transformation and operations alignment in Al Ain, UAE. This contract role, 12 months renewable, requires assessing current operations, identifying changes, and ensuring practical, executable processes aligned with SAP across production, procurement, logistics, and finance.

You will partner with business owners to validate changes, standardize workflows, and prepare for UAT with clear business scenarios.

Qualifications

• Strong business process understanding across operations, supply chain and finance.
• Experience in assessing and redesigning operational workflows.
• Background in manufacturing FMCG or agriculture environments.

Responsibilities

• Process Assessment & Gap Identification: review designs and identify gaps to align with SAP.
• Process Design Validation & Fitment: ensure practical, executable processes on ground.
• Process Standardization: drive standard workflows across functions aligned with SAP.
• Business Alignment: secure ownership and leadership agreement for changes.
• UAT Process Readiness: prepare scenarios and ensure clear understanding before UAT.
