Job summary

Al Masaood is seeking an experienced Local Implementation Manager to drive readiness and adoption for a large SAP transformation in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge business needs with the SAP Programme Team, ensuring regulatory alignment, process standardization, and successful go-live planning.

You will lead workshops, training, data readiness, testing, and change management, coordinating stakeholders across functions to deliver a smooth SAP rollout and sustained post-go-live adoption.

Qualifications

• At least one full SAP rollout from design to hypercare in LIM or similar role.
• Experience as Local Implementation Manager, SAP Functional Consultant, or similar.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD, SAP VSS, SAP C4C desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive business readiness and adoption for the SAP transformation.
• Coordinate business requirements, stakeholder engagement, testing, data readiness and go-live prep.
• Promote standardized SAP processes and manage local exceptions.
• Lead change management and user adoption activities across functions.
• Oversee data cleansing and migration readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization.
