Job summary

Andersen is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Developer (with German language) to design, configure, and maintain end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will work on modules like Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Learning, with a focus on EU localization needs.

You will develop integrations with SAP S/4HANA and external systems using SAP Integration Suite and OData APIs, while supporting the full project lifecycle and collaborating with HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as SAP SuccessFactors consultant (functional or techno-functional).
• Strong understanding of SAP SF architecture, data model, and core concepts.
• Hands-on experience configuring modules with Employee Central as a strong advantage.
• Experience with enterprise landscapes integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP SF integrations using OData APIs or SAP Integration Suite.
• REST-based integrations and data formats (XML, JSON).
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and permissions (RBP).
• Experience with testing, deployments, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end SAP SF solutions with EU localization.
• Configure modules: Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Learning.
• Translate HR requirements into functional technical SF solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between SAP SF and SAP S/4HANA including data flows.
• Create and maintain integration with external systems using SAP Integration Suite and OData APIs.
• Support full project lifecycle: implementation, enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, post-go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and delivery.
• Perform testing (unit/integration), support UAT, and resolve defects.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformation from an HR IT perspective.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
• Create solution documentation and technical specifications.
