Job summary

Forsyth Barnes in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP IAM / Security SME to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on design and governance for identity and access across complex enterprise environments.

This six-month contract requires UAE-based availability at short notice and the ability to work with business and IT stakeholders across SAP and non-SAP systems, including go-live and hypercare phases.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP role and authorisation design experience across complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with SAP IAG, IAS and IPS.
• Experience integrating SAP IAM across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Identity lifecycle management expertise (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Role design, remediation, rationalisation and governance.
• Access governance, PAM/firefighter, access certification and audit.
• Experience with large SAP transformations, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ability to work independently and engage with business and IT stakeholders.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR, BTP is advantageous.

I’m currently supporting a major organisation in Dubai that is looking for an experienced SAP IAM / Security SME to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme.

This is an initial 6-month contract and we are looking for someone who is currently based in the UAE and available to join at short notice.

Key experience:

• Strong SAP role and authorisation design experience across complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP IAG, IAS and IPS
• Experience integrating SAP IAM solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes
• Experience with role design, remediation, rationalisation and governance
• Experience with access governance, PAM/firefighter processes, access certification and audit requirements
• Exposure to large-scale SAP transformation, go-live, hypercare or production environments
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Experience across environments such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Ariba, CAR and BTP would be highly beneficial.
